Shipping Policy

Every order is handcrafted, and shipped by courier within 2–5 days of receiving it. If anything unexpected arises during this time, we’ll reach out as soon as possible. Transparency and care are at the heart of what we do.

Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive automatic tracking so you can follow its journey home.
Please note: we aren’t able to take responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses or items damaged in transit (including temperature-related issues), but we will always do our best to support you if something goes sideways.

Local to us?

Choose Local Pick-Up at checkout for free shipping. We send you a message when your order is lovingly packed and ready, and we’ll arrange a convenient pick-up time.

At this time, we ship within Canada and the United States.

Refund Policy

We create every Wildfire & Blooms product in small, intentional batches using natural botanicals, oils, and handmade methods. Because of the intimate nature of these self-care items, we do not accept returns.

While each batch is crafted with consistency in mind, slight variations may naturally appear — a signature of real, handcrafted products. If you notice an issue with your order, contact us immediately with photos, and we will work with you to make it right. Your experience matters, and we want you to love your products as much as we loved creating them.

Received the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect product, email us right away with a photo, and we will correct the mistake as quickly as possible.

Need to adjust your order?

If you need to make changes, reach out to us promptly after placing your order. We can update your order as long as it has not yet been processed or packed.
